This location is unbeatable if you enjoy or want to explore downtown Steamboat - no driving or parking necessary! The underground parking is such an awesome amenity. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed is king-sized and super comfy, and the bathtub was luxurious to sit in. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Probably best for just 2 people but the couch does fold out! Enjoy!

The condo was great. Check-in was a breeze, parking is easy and convenient, customer service interactions, while limited, were fantastic. The property is spacious, elegant, clean, everything we could ask for. Please be aware that this condo is located in the heart of downtown Steamboat so there is some traffic and road noise well into the evening. It did not affect our ability to get a good night’s rest. I would stay in this property again. We were not skiing during our stay and this condo provided the easy access to restaurants and shops that we desired. Would recommend this property.

Condo is beautifully appointed and nicely located. Gondola Ski Locker conveniently located and nice amenity so you don't have to ride bus in ski boots and carrying skis and poles. The position of condo lends itself to some road noise. All in all was a pleasant experience.

We have stayed at a number of Howelsen House condos. All have been clean and nicely appointed. We enjoy being able to walk the riverside and downtown neighborhood in the morning & evening. There are many dining choices, grocery, etc within a short walk. We appreciate that there is some local coffee provided but would request the mgmt company also provide some salt and pepper.

We stayed a month to help our daughter with a newborn. Condo was large and very nice! Kitchen was well equipped including a crockpot which was convenient for making meals! We liked having the pass to the Hot Springs pool. Staying downtown was very convenient to restaurants, happy hours, shopping and walking the core trail along the river. We tried a new restaurant Mai Tai which was fresh and good. We also had never been to Besame and enjoyed their 50% off tapas at Happy Hour. Definitely will return to both of those restaurants. Carl’s next door had great burgers and half price drinks on football game night! Lastly, we drove 5 hrs one weekend and saw both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

What a perfect weekend! The location is amazing. We have stayed on the mountain before and found ourselves always going to town. We now prefer staying in town and going to the mountain. This condo is clean and beautiful with a loft feeling overlooking Lincoln Ave. The excitement of downtown with the comforts of home. We will stay here again when we visit Steamboat.

This was a lovely condo in a convenient downtown location. Street traffic was a bit loud especially in the bedroom (the white noise machine and fan helped block the noise) and the closet where the washer and dryer were had a odor. Very nice furnishings and it was nice to have housekeeping come in a couple of times while we were there.
