The overall property was pretty and the location was peaceful and quite. The property said it had a/c and it did but it was a wall unit and did not cool the place at all. It was hot inside and the only time it cooled down was at night when the screen door was open. The carpets had stains all over them. The bedding upstairs in the loft had holes in the sheets and covers. The kitchen bakeware was in pretty bad shape. Overall the carpet needs to be changed. The bedding needs to be changed and updated and the pots and pans need to be replaced. Overall we were happy but it was just to hot in the unit to be able to relaxed. If the shades were black out shades it would probably keep the unit a little cooler. Need to update the a/c unit and probably add a few more.

We were here with baseball World Series. Condo was nice, management staff was very helpful when needed and maintenance was great helping us with our needs. We would stay here again. The unit has air conditioning and once you figure it out it works great. Over all was a great location for events and close to downtown.

We had a family wedding in Steamboat and instead of all paying to stay at a hotel we decided to hit up VRBO. This spot is great right in the middle of Gondola Square. Can only imagine how nice it would be in the winter! Great 2 bed plus open den style setup worked great for our group and the place was clean and well equipped.

Location is excellent. A little confusing upon arrival. Condo is beautiful. Mattress in master bedroom is due for replacement. The only downside to this awesome location is some outside noise from the transit center.

The location is great, right on Steamboat's Gondola square near the lifts, restaurants, shops and activities. There are 2 short flights of stairs to get to the unit which isn't great when you have luggage. The unit is very comfortable, furnished nicely. A few minor annoyances - the sliding door from the bedroom to patio was stuck closed, and the toilet rocked back and forth ever so slightly when sitting on it. The wifi signal was so weak that I couldn't use it.

The condo is fantastically located in Gondola Square and next to the Transit Center. The advantage is you can roll out of bed and onto the Gondola. The downside is if you are wanting to sleep in, then the Transit area will prevent sound sleep. However sipping a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning makes for really great people watching. The condo is decorated very cute and well kept. The spiral staircase can be a challenge in hoisting your luggage upstairs. The only negative experience I encountered was during check in. Check in is 4pm. I was in line at 4pm to check in but the problem was the condo was not cleaned yet so I was asked to wait. My travelers and I waited for an hour after which I stood back in the check in line to find out the status of the condo. Finally I received the condo keys and we were ready for a shuttle ride. By the way, there is not a free shuttle ride to this condo...beware. We finally arrived at the condo at 6 pm and we were surprised by the cleaning service personnel STILL cleaning the room. Another 10 minutes of waiting and we settled in after a long day of traveling. Long story short... Great condo but not so great check in experience.
