As part of the Trappeur's Crossing Resort, this lodge has use of all of the Trappeur's facilities including Amenity Center with computers and internet access, fitness center, 4 pools, 10 hot tubs and a sauna.
In the winter, if you don't want to walk the two blocks to the Gondola, the shuttle service will whisk you from the front door to Gondola Square. During peak season, the resort hosts a weekly wine and cheese party for all registered guests and après ski hot cocoa. The condo is perfectly sized for 2 people, comfortable and well located. The Trappeur’s Resort shuttle service is excellent and you truly do not need a car. The ski area is a about 1/4 of a mile but it’s uphill, so we used the shuttle service. One shuttle runs back and forth to the mountain every 15 minutes. A second on-call shuttle will take you into the town of Steamboat Springs and back to the condo. You call it via an app and typically within 10 minutes the shuttle will arrive to pick you up. I can’t say enough about the flexibility this provided. We enjoyed our visit and a lot of the credit goes to convenience of the shuttle. We have already decided to return to Steamboat next year and will try to book a condo at Trappeur’s.

Wow - great service! Our packet was ready to go when we arrived, late and tired and the desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the grounds, pool, amenities - an unexpected treat included a hosted happy hour with live music during our stay! Bed and furniture were comfortable - kitchen had everything we needed. Great experience - we'll be back! Thank you to the staff on site - everyone from check in to grounds maintenance - very polite, kind and helpful!

Unit was very nice and comfortable, extremely well cleaned with an incredibly comfortable bed! We enjoyed the big patio and the view was lovely. Trauppers Crossing resort is lovely, with a nice pool and spacious common areas, (for social distancing). We plan on returning soon.
