This fabulous 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is located just off Ski Trail Lane, offering a mountainside location yet still close to all the action; skiing and biking trails, shopping, restaurants, and the Mountain Village are all very close by. During the ski season these are easily accessed via the winter shuttle service.
Mountainside North was completely renovated in 2015 - boasting bright and airy interiors. Nicely decorated with tasteful mountain flair, this spacious 3-level home features an open living area on the main level with exceptional natural light, stunning stacked stone fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and plush sofa and oversized armchairs. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together after adventure filled days! The home enjoys two decks, the sun deck off the main living area and another covered deck below. There is also a half-bath located on the main level. Spiral stairs lead to the loft which has been setup as the ultimate hangout space complete with poker table and shuffleboard.
The master bedroom, also on the main level, features a king bed and flat-screen TV and large en-suite bathroom that includes a deep soaker tub, shower, dual vanity, and large walk-in closet.
Downstairs on the entry level, the generous sized foyer is light filled and provides plenty of space to offload gear, coats, strollers, toys etc. Plus, there is a boot drying room! Also on this level is the 2nd and 3rd bedroom, shared bathroom and the covered deck and hot tub are accessed from this level too.
On the lower level you'll find the guest master bedroom, bunk room (5th bedroom) and laundry.
All bathrooms come stocked with AVEDA bath products and thick towels as standard and beds are made up with luxury linens.
This home can accommodate up to 13 people, or 26 if the entire Mountainside Lodge (North and South) are booked together.
This home will be a wonderful getaway for family gatherings and for friends and family to enjoy.

**Under no circumstance should you park on Poma Lane.*** Your vehicle will get towed when you park on Poma Lane. Pioneer Ridge, Resort Group, nor the owner of Mountainside Lodge will be responsible for towed vehicles.
The City of Steamboat Springs requires a permit to operate vacation homes in Steamboat. Therefore, we ask that you abide by the rules of the city and terms of the rental of Mountainside Lodge vacation home.

This property allows up to 2 dogs max. All dogs must be registered at check-in, and a $50 per dog, per day fee (plus tax) is required prior to check-in. Each guest who brings a dog must sign the Guest's Acceptance of Responsibility for the Canine Code of Conduct upon check-in.
Oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

Great location. Large mountain home with great views. Will be great in the winter for skiing! We visited in summer and it was still really great!

Location was great. Easily accessible to town and mountain activities. Very Private. We stayed during the summer but it would also be awesome during ski season! Lots of open living spaces, kitchen well equipped too!

The property was great. Location was awesome for summer and winter fun. The property wasn't quite ready for check it but not a significant delay (~1 hr) to get in. There were a few small issues which were resolved immediately. Would rent this property and from pioneer ridge again.
