This fabulous home is located just off Ski Trail Lane, offering a mountainside location yet still close to all the action; skiing and biking trails, shopping, restaurants, and the Mountain Village are all very close by. During the ski season these are easily accessed via the winter shuttle service. The home also boasts A/C on the main floor living area and master bedrooms. This home will be a wonderful getaway for family gatherings and for friends and family to enjoy.
Mountainside Lodge (Mountainside North and South) were completely renovated in 2015 - boasting bright and airy interiors. New windows were installed throughout in the fall of 2024, along with a heated driveway for added convenience during the winter. Nicely decorated with tasteful mountain flair, this spacious 3-level home features an open living area on the main level with exceptional natural light, stunning stacked stone fireplace, huge flat-screen TV, and plush sofa and oversized armchairs. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together after adventure filled days! The home enjoys an upper sun deck off the main living area and another covered deck below which has gas grill and dining set. There is also a half-bath located on the main level. Spiral stairs lead to the loft which has been setup as the ultimate hangout space complete with poker table and shuffleboard.

Very clean and has everything you would ever need. The only downside was it had a lot of stairs and after skiing for three days those got real hard to do!! Highly recommended.

Our extended family had been coming to Steamboat for over 30 years, and a few years ago we lost our ability to rent the 3 condos we had rented for a long time. We were so happy to find this house, where we could house 15 members of our family in luxury and comfort! We plan to come back next year!

Great house for a large group with plenty of space for gear and privacy. Only negative was lots and lots of stairs. The house are a mirror image of each other but only one connecting hallway on the entry level. So if cooking food in both kitchens you had to go down a flight of stairs and back up the other side. It was very difficult to have one large meal in one of the kitchens- dining table sat about 10 people and no way to adjoin the two dining area so you can all eat together. We found there wasn’t enough dishes for our group. Hit tub was clean and perfect temp. The view from the house was beautiful as well. I would suggest to blow the wall out between the two kitchens so the living areas can be used by all when renting the entire house. We would love to return. Everything was great. Lights over dining room table were very dark. Hard to see cards for games etc. I would suggest getting a light that shines down on table.

This was a great place for several families to come to stay for a wedding. We rented both sides of the duplex, enough room to not feel on top of each other. Noise didn’t travel between floors, those who wanted could easily sleep in. Fully equipped kitchen. Down side, not enough parking if you have a large group. Also, advertised as air conditioned, yet some rooms not air conditioner, Fans provided. Overall a great stay.

The property was perfect for our family of 14 to spend time together in Steamboat. The location, cleanliness and size was great. The beds were super comfy. Rocky Mountain AC was a new thing to some of us. The top floors were quite warm. The town was having record high heat. They brought us extra fans. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you
