The Villa at Steamboat is a lovely mountain retreat with amazing views looking down the valley as well as towards the Steamboat Ski Area.

Steamboat Villa West is a great house for a family vacation. Lots of space, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery store. We loved the pickleball court. Really appreciated little things like the high chair for my infant granddaughter. And we saw a bear early one morning! Highly recommend Villa West for a Steamboat vacation.

Property was just as advertised. Family enjoyed the hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and lots of space to spread out indoors. Any issues were quickly remedied by the staff. Would stay here again. Steam Boat Springs had lots to do for the family.

The house is beautiful with plenty of space. There was a small hill right next to the property that we had fun sledding on. The private shuttle was a huge perk, taking us to/from the mountain each day, as well as into Steamboat for dinner. There were two issues we experienced during our stay. We had a really difficult time checking in. The front desk said they would text me when our room was available. It wasn’t until I called at 5:45pm that we gained access to the house even though check-in was supposed to begin at 4. The agent said she texted, but it was sent to the wrong number, even though my cell phone number was on file. After we were able to check in, we found the house had not been fully cleaned. There were towels and paper plates left out near the hot tub by the previous renters, and the bathroom on the main floor was not cleaned. Despite these issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider renting here again.

From the moment we entered the property, we knew that this was going to be a great place to stay. The decor, multiple rooms, private hot tub, and a number of shared decks made this property one great for both socializing with the party but also taking some time to ourselves when needed. Would absolutely rent this property again!

The property was great for my family and me. We had two families, and 3 kids all 5 and under. There was plenty of space for all of us and a great bedroom for the kids to hang out and play. It was easy accesss to the hiking trails, and to get into town. We would definitely love to come back.

Thank you for sharing your stunningly perfect home!!! We loved every minute of our stay. It was a total dream to be able to wake up and play tennis right away, eat, and come back to playing tennis. There are incredible views from every window and porch-deck. We biked to and from Fish Creek Falls as well as downtown Steamboat from your home. We have so many new beautiful memories from this long weekend. It was a total blessing!!!

First trip out to Steamboat and the Pioneer Ridge management was outstanding and so was our rental house at the Villawest! Management fixed any issues we had within a hour or two. Provide stellar shuttle services around town and to the slopes. I have never had this kind of treatment from any rental management before I would give them 10 out 10 instead of 5 stars! We brought a group of 10 adults for our annual ski trip, some from CO and the rest from all over the country. This was the best place we have stayed yet. The house is excellent and laid out in a nice way. Well furnished. The view is incredible. Owners were responsive when the hot tub needed a little attention. No complaints whatsoever, we would definitely stay here again.
