4 BD / 4 BA home offers dramatic views of the ski resort, the very best in furniture, including Colorado handcrafted wood bed frames, Bear memory foam mattresses in each bedroom just to name a few. In fall 2017 the entire interior was repainted, brand new carpet installed throughout, as well as all new furniture and artwork, with each space offering simple yet modern style. The great room enjoys soaring ceilings, two seating zones and 65 inch LG 4K Ultra High Definition Flat Screen TV enhanced with Samsung 5.1 sound bar.
The Primary bedroom is located on the main floor, enjoying views towards the Flat Tops and down valley from the many windows or the private balcony. There is a King bed, writing desk, large walk in closet and beautiful en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower and jetted tub. Upstairs you'll find another two bedrooms with king beds, private bathrooms, and large closets.
On the lower floor the rec room is the ultimate hangout zone equipped with 65 inch LG 4K Ultra High Definition Flat Screen TV, Xbox One S gaming console with games, sectional sofa and I'm betting one of the very few vacation homes you'll find in Steamboat with an Air Hockey Table! On the back patio a soak in the private hot tub is a perfect ending to a day on the mountain, whether it be hiking, biking or skiing! The fourth bedroom is also located on this floor, with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds, a spacious walk-in closet, and there is a full bathroom located just off the hallway.
The 2 Car Heated garage offers lots of storage including ski racks, and the mud room off the garage entry has cubbies and hooks.

This was the perfect place for our vacation! We loved the space — it was big enough to comfortably fit our 11 guests, clean, close to the mountain and had everything we needed. The little enhancements made the trip even better. We used the shuttle to get to and from the ski hill and going into town and it was a game changer! Having space for 2 cars in the garage was also a nice pleasant surprise because with 11 people we needed that space. We also utilized the discounts for rentals and tickets for people who needed them! Check in and check out was also really seamless. We also loved the private hot tub.

This home is just beautiful! The property is newly decorated with the feel of an elegant mountain retreat. Spacious and comfortable for a large group or family. The main floor is open concept with a large living room, dining room and a well stocked kitchen. We had everything we could have asked for and plenty of extras: private hot tub, games, air hockey, and Xbox. This property is also very clean and the furniture and appliances are all new. I usually struggle with allergies when we rent in the mountains, but I had no issues during our stay. We took full advantage of the shuttle service to and from the ski area, and when dining out. I can only imagine how convenient this would be for families with young children. The neighborhood was quiet, the views were breathtaking and our stay was perfect. I highly recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant ... we didn't want to leave and go home! The unit was excellent. Very well stocked, including plenty of silver ware, glasses, and dishes, which my wife really appreciated. Here are the things that were missing: cork screw, fan(s) for upstairs bedroom, and BBQ tools. Other than that, everything was fine. Pioneer Ridge was extremely responsive with supplying us with a cork screw and fans.

We had a great stay. We love how new everything is! The property is really well maintained and beautifully appointed, with lots of storage and breath-taking views from every window and deck. Even though the place was really close to the mountain base, we were impressed with how responsive the shuttle service was; we never waited more than 6 minutes for the shuttle!!!
