The building has central air chilling (with the exception of BL6116 and BL6117) during the summer months and central heating during the winter months. Every condominium is equipped with Wi-Fi, living area and a patio or deck. Most have cozy living room fireplaces. The building has limited indoor heated parking.

This unit was lovely--love the decor and the rooms were comfortable, beds too. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment too, which was very appreciated. We took our daughter and her 3 teenage daughters up to Steamboat for the first time and when they walked in the door they were all so excited. It made our trip all the more special. We also were able to easily have local relatives over for a family dinner at the large dining table. We would definitely consider renting this unit again in the future!

Property was very clean and well cared for. Looked just like the photos. Kitchen was well equipped, Could have used a dedicated space for groceries. We had every meal on the large covered balcony. Awesome property and location.

Great condo for our family of 4. Plenty of space and storage for our ski stuff. Good pool and hot tubs. Great location with frequent bus service. My only complaint is that it was very hot in our unit the whole time between 73 and 80 degrees even though we kept the heat off.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was very good. Very nice accommodation with perfect location to get to the slopes. Loved the shuttle service. We used it a lot and the drivers were so friendly with great recommendations for dinner locations. Only thing to knock was the thermostat. Even with it off, the place did get warm at time so we opened an outside door to let it cool. But I would highly recommend this place and would come again!

Had a great stay in Steamboat, convenient location less than a mile walk to the gondola. The 3 bedroom condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Living room and kitchen made for a great hangout space to collect and connect. We used the kitchen and grill to make great meals for everyone. The parking garage, pool and grounds were great amenities. The only area of improvement would be the bedding were aging. They were clean and kept but showing their age and not great for summer season. The front desk was great, communicated well with us and was attentive to every question we had. Looking forward for our next stay.

With expectations high our family was not disappointed with Bear Lodge exceeding our expectations on quality of accommodation, presentation and cleanliness, and service. Well located in walking distance to all mountain facilities everything is in close proximity. The Shuttle Service provided easy access to other locations with a door to door free service. The shuttle drivers provided friendly invaluable local advice making dinning decisions easy. The Bear Lodge facilities such as Spa and Sauna assisted aching bones to recover for the next day of skiing. I can not recommend Bear lodge highly enough. Perfect family holiday resort!
